The Arbitrum LTIPP grant is focused on boostraping GHO with all grant funds passed backed directly to users for borrowing and providing liquidity for GHO's Arbitrum launch.

Aave DAO and the ACI have been facilitating projects that want to incentivize users on Aave with emissions manager programs. These often come in the form of grants from projects. In addition, various chains have provided grants to support the launch of Aave on their networks.

Aave earns revenue from reserve factors on the protocol and distributes much of this back to users through programs like Merit.
